Proposed: 10 Town Houses
CLHI will complete an additional 10 homes in 2008, which will be sold to first time homebuyers. The homes have 3 bedrooms and 1 ½ baths and are built on concrete (no basement). They will have wall-to-wall carpet, linoleum and ceramic tile floors, natural gas heat and AC, off-street parking for two (2) cars and fenced yards. Each home has a fire suppression system (sprinklers in the ceilings). All units will meet the New Jersey ENERGY STAR Homes Clean Energy Program requirements.
